Rachel is one of our RECAP hats; a refurbished and reimagined design by Tonya Gross Millinery using upcycled and vintage elements. Hat and grosgrain has been cleaned and we’ve added a new pink silk lining.
Hat is shipped in a small hat box with tissue placed inside a shipping box.
